My custom built Pentium4 system from 2003 has finally pushed me over the edge. The MSI mainboard has always been finicky at best, however it's killed 3 hard drives now (of which I can remember specifically, could be more) and so the time for an overhall has come.

Microsoft is working on multi-touch or Multiple Input Processing technology in the realm of surface computing. In the interview with Popular Mechanics (shown below), they describe how the technology is wireless and can seamlessly interface with other wireless devices, allowing them to communicate and share data.

I would imagine at this point, those of us who would be affected by the Bush Administration's Daylight Savings Time change have been swamped by the obligatory onslot of users, confused by 1-hour off system clocks and M$ Office Calendar appointment chaos.
